1. Scope and reporting period
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Human Life Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It addresses the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), and California website privacy disclosures. Rights described as statutory apply where the relevant law covers our business and your information; this notice does not claim that every statutory coverage threshold has been met.
Human Life Labs is a new company with a new corporate website. We have no personal-information collection history before this website, no prior advertising-related sale or sharing of personal information, and no prior patient, genetic, or other health-data collection. The disclosures below describe this website and correspondence associated with it during the preceding 12 months, limited to our period of operation.
Separate portfolio-company services, future products, recruitment, and research programs require their own appropriate notices. This website does not offer those services or enroll people in those programs.
2. Categories, sources, uses, and recipients
The following inventory covers the personal information processed through site delivery or received if you choose to contact us. “May receive” means the category depends on what you send or the technical information generated by your visit; we do not claim every visitor supplies every category.
| Category and examples | Sources and purposes | Potential recipients |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers: IP address; name and email if provided | You, your browser, and site infrastructure. Site delivery, security, responding to inquiries, and rights requests. | Hosting, network/security and email providers; relevant advisers or authorities when necessary. |
| Internet/network activity: requested page, time, referrer, browser/device or error information | Browser and infrastructure requests. Delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. | Hosting, delivery and security providers. |
| Professional or employment-related information: organization, role, business contact details | You, if included in correspondence. Understanding a proposal or business inquiry. | Email providers and people handling the inquiry; relevant advisers where appropriate. |
| Other information you put in correspondence | You. Responding to the message and necessary relationship or legal administration. | Email providers and relevant personnel, advisers, or authorities for the stated purposes. |
We do not intentionally collect financial/account credentials, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometrics, genetic or medical records, protected-class details, sensory recordings, education records, or inferred health profiles through this site. We do not use browsing to infer a health condition or interest in treatment. Please do not send sensitive data in an unsolicited message. An IP address used for delivery is not used by us to establish precise geolocation.
The inquiry draft is held locally and can be copied to your clipboard. It is not submitted to us by the website. See Notice at Collection for the point-of-collection explanation and retention criteria.
4. California rights
Where the CCPA applies, California residents may request information about collection, use, disclosure, and specific personal information; request deletion subject to exceptions; correct inaccuracies; opt out of sale or advertising sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. These rights have statutory conditions and exceptions.
For more about these rights, see the California Attorney General’s CCPA guidance. This notice does not remove mandatory rights provided by other applicable laws.
5. Requests, verification, and agents
Email contact@humanlifelabs.com with the subject “California privacy request,” the right you wish to exercise, and enough information to locate the relevant interaction. You do not need an account. Please start with your name, reply email, and a description of the interaction; do not send an identity document or sensitive record unless we explain why proportionate verification is necessary.
For access, deletion, or correction, we may verify control of the relevant email address and match information to our records. An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority; we may also verify the individual’s identity or authorization where permitted. We cannot delete records held solely by your browser, clipboard manager, or an independent provider’s account service, but can explain that distinction.
For covered CCPA requests to know, delete, or correct, we acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. Where a permitted extension is necessary, we explain it within the initial period; the total period will not exceed the applicable statutory limit. Other requests follow their applicable deadlines. If we cannot fulfill a request, we explain the reason and any available review or complaint route. See the California Privacy Protection Agency’s FAQs.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different browser signals. The application does not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising and does not permit embedded advertising or analytics scripts to do so. A Do Not Track setting therefore does not change that practice.
A Global Privacy Control signal is consistent with the application’s existing no-sale/no-sharing practice; there is no advertising sale or sharing to disable. You can see whether your browser reports the signal on Your Privacy Choices. Hosting-platform authentication or account services are governed by their own notices. If our processing changes, we must update the disclosures and implement any required opt-out mechanisms before starting the new activity.
7. Other California disclosures and updates
We do not disclose information from this website to third parties for their own direct marketing. For a request concerning California’s “Shine the Light” law, use contact@humanlifelabs.com with that subject. We do not offer a discount, reward, or price difference in exchange for personal information through this site.
The policy date identifies the current version. Updates will be posted here, with additional notice when required. You may request correction of information we hold by using the same contact address. See the main Privacy Policy for retention criteria, security, and disclosure circumstances.
