1. Who we are and what this covers
Human Life Labs, Inc. (“Human Life Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information in connection with this corporate website and correspondence sent directly to us. See our Notice at Collection for the information involved before browsing or contacting us. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@humanlifelabs.com.
This website introduces our holding company and portfolio. It is not a patient portal, clinical service, research enrollment platform, or customer application. Separate notices and agreements apply to any portfolio company’s products, services, clinical activities, employment processes, or research programs.
2. Information and sources
The website’s own application does not create user accounts, accept payments, or submit inquiry text to a server. Information may nevertheless be processed in the following ways:
- Technical request information. Hosting, delivery, and security providers may process an IP address, request URL, date and time, browser or device information, referring page, and security or error events when delivering the site.
- Information you email to us. If you independently send an email, we receive your email address, any name or organization you include, the message, attachments, and correspondence metadata. Our email provider also processes that communication.
- Privacy or legal requests. We may receive information needed to understand your request, verify your identity where appropriate, and document our response. Please initially provide only the information needed to describe your request.
We do not request patient records, diagnoses, genetic data, payment details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not put such information in the inquiry draft or send it in an unsolicited email.
3. Inquiry drafts and your clipboard
The “Copy my inquiry” feature formats the text you enter and, after you press the button, attempts to copy it to your device’s clipboard. It does not send the message to Human Life Labs or save it in an application database, browser local storage, or browser session storage. Draft text is held in the current page while the dialog is in use. Your browser may retain or restore form entries under its own settings.
Your device, clipboard manager, or operating-system synchronization features may retain copied text. The website does not control those features. Clear your clipboard or browser data if needed. An email link opens your chosen email application; you decide whether to compose and send a message.
4. Why information is used
Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. Information you send directly to us is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a proposed relationship, administer that relationship, handle rights requests, and meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use the website to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals through automated processing. The AI descriptions on the site describe portfolio focus areas, not an automated decision service operating on visitors.
6. Cookies, advertising, and tracking
The website application does not set cookies, use local or session storage, load analytics or advertising trackers, or perform cross-site advertising profiling. Fonts and artwork are served as site assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.
Hosting or authentication services may use their own essential security or sign-in technologies. Browser caching, hosting logs, and account authentication are distinct from advertising tracking. See our Cookie Notice for details. Our no-sale/no-sharing practice is consistent with Global Privacy Control signals. Do Not Track is a separate signal; no cross-site advertising tracking is performed regardless of that setting. See Your Privacy Choices.
7. Retention and security
Inquiry drafts are not retained in a website application database. Your own device and browser may retain copies as described above. For direct correspondence, we retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relevant relationship, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain necessary records. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the correspondence, the relationship, applicable obligations, and whether a claim or investigation requires preservation.
Infrastructure providers’ technical logs and authentication records have separate retention practices; we do not specify a uniform deletion period for their records in this policy. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send confidential medical information through this public contact channel.
8. United States scope and processing
This policy is written for Human Life Labs, Inc.’s U.S.-focused corporate website. The California Privacy Notice and U.S. State Privacy Rights supplement it with applicable state disclosures and request procedures. We are a Delaware corporation; hosting, network, and email providers may process records in the United States or other locations where they operate.
The site is not a patient portal or research enrollment service. We do not use browsing to infer health conditions. See Consumer Health Data Privacy for health-information concerns. These documents do not waive a right that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable U.S. law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of certain uses; or appeal a request decision. Applicable exceptions, coverage limits, and identity-verification requirements may apply. Our California and U.S. state notices explain these rights in more detail.
Send a request to contact@humanlifelabs.com with the subject “Privacy request,” describe the right you wish to exercise, and identify the information or interaction involved. An authorized agent may contact us where permitted by law. We may request proportionate verification information, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
If your request is denied and applicable law permits an appeal, reply to our response with the subject “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency, your state’s attorney general, or another competent U.S. privacy regulator. These descriptions do not assert that every listed law applies to Human Life Labs or that we hold information about every visitor.
10. Children
This corporate website is intended for a general business and professional audience, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so that we can review the situation and address it as appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its “Last updated” date when our practices change. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice or consent. A policy update does not itself authorize a new use of previously collected information that would require consent under applicable law.
