1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to this website operated by Human Life Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site. Nothing on this website establishes a separate product, research, clinical, employment, investment, or professional-services agreement. Such relationships require their own applicable agreements.
2. Informational website
The site describes our company, areas of interest, and portfolio. It is provided for general information. Content may describe plans, ambitions, or technologies under development. It does not promise a particular product launch, performance level, clinical outcome, research result, regulatory approval, or commercial availability.
The Medical & Scientific Disclaimer explains the limits of health, AI, and research content. The Privacy Policy explains information practices; it is not a request to waive privacy rights or consent to unrelated processing.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may access and read the site for lawful informational purposes and share links to its pages. You must not use the site to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent affiliation, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, or collect information through abusive automated requests. Do not use site content to mislead people about medical care, scientific validation, or a relationship with Human Life Labs.
These restrictions do not limit uses protected by applicable law, including fair use or lawful security research. A suspected security issue can be reported privately through the contact address below; please avoid accessing personal data, interrupting service, or disclosing exploit details publicly before we can assess the issue.
4. Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics, marks, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Human Life Labs or used under third-party permissions. Reading the site does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use company names or marks in a way that implies sponsorship. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licenses.
You may retain a reasonable copy for personal or internal business reference, with attribution and notices intact, to the extent permitted by applicable rights. A technical download link does not override third-party licensing restrictions or grant an exclusive right to an illustration, icon, font, or other asset.
5. Inquiries and communications
The inquiry tool only prepares and copies a draft locally. It does not submit an inquiry or create an obligation for us to respond. To contact us, send an email to contact@humanlifelabs.com. You are responsible for deciding what to send and ensuring you have permission to disclose it.
Do not send patient information, trade secrets, unpublished research, or other sensitive or confidential material unless an authorized representative has first arranged an appropriate confidential channel and agreement. Unsolicited communications do not create a confidentiality, professional, fiduciary, or contractual relationship. No broad ownership transfer of your message or ideas is requested by these terms.
6. Portfolio companies and third parties
Portfolio descriptions do not make every portfolio company a party to these website terms, an agent of Human Life Labs, or a provider of services through this site. A portfolio company’s own contracts and notices govern any separate relationship with it. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their operators control their content, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not itself establish endorsement or responsibility for an external service.
7. No investment offer
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy securities, or personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Statements of future plans are subject to uncertainty and may change. Any investment transaction would require separate documentation and compliance with applicable law.
8. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We may correct content, change features, or restrict access for legitimate operational, legal, or security reasons. Please independently verify information before making important decisions.
Nothing here excludes a warranty or other protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Human Life Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or lost profits or data, arising from use of or inability to use this informational site. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other non-excludable liability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law and disputes
To the extent a choice of law is permitted, Delaware law, without its conflict-of-law rules, governs these terms. Mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction under applicable law remain available. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or require you to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Please contact us first if you have a website-related concern so that we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from exercising a legal right, making a regulatory complaint, or seeking urgent relief.
11. Changes, interpretation, and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date. Revisions apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by applicable law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for every other occasion.
