1. Operator and scope
Human Life Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, provides this notice for its corporate website and related direct correspondence. Contact contact@humanlifelabs.com. This notice complements our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice.
2. Information, purpose, and retention
| Information / source | Purpose and recipients | Retention criteria |
|---|---|---|
| IP address, request URL/time, browser/device, referring page, errors; generated by browser and infrastructure | Hosting, delivery, troubleshooting and security; relevant infrastructure providers. | Provider delivery/security retention practices. No application analytics profile or visitor database is created. |
| Name, email, organization/role, message or attachments you independently email | Replying, evaluating a proposal, necessary relationship administration and legal obligations; email providers, relevant personnel and advisers. | As reasonably needed for the inquiry, resulting relationship, legal requirements, disputes, and necessary records. |
| Information sent for a privacy request | Locating the interaction, proportionate verification, responding and documenting compliance; relevant personnel and service providers. | As needed to resolve and document the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. |
| Unsent inquiry draft | Formatted locally and copied only at your request; not submitted to Human Life Labs. | Current page/browser behavior and your clipboard settings. No website database, local-storage or session-storage persistence. |
Retention is based on the purpose, type of record, relationship, and legal obligations rather than an invented uniform period. The site does not control independent infrastructure, browser, email, or clipboard retention.
3. Sale, sharing, and sensitive information
We do not sell or share these website records for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not conduct targeted advertising. We do not intentionally collect patient records, genetic information, financial credentials, precise geolocation, biometrics, or other sensitive data through this site. Do not include those details in the draft or an unsolicited email.
An essential hosting or email disclosure is distinct from advertising sale or sharing. If a future feature changes the categories, purposes, or advertising practices, we must update the notices and provide required choices or consent before that processing begins.
4. Choices before contacting us
You can browse without composing an inquiry. The draft can be left blank or closed without submitting it. “Copy my inquiry” puts the text on your device’s clipboard; it does not send it. If you choose to email us, disclose only what is necessary for a business inquiry.
See Your Privacy Choices to make a request, and Consumer Health Data Privacy for health-information concerns.
